Professional DX help needed

This pack auto-generates gauges. One for every ready hard drive. It works fine on my system with 3 drives, and seems to work fine on others. However, on some machines with multiple hard drives, it crashed DX or fails to label the gauges. I need someone who knows what they're doing with DX Script to check 'em out and help me perfect them.

Thanks, folks!

Wrong board...sorry

Does this keep track of CD Drives, letter assigned and name of the disc in the drive?

If so I'll try it out later tonight as I have something really interesting I hooked up to my main system that should be neat to check this out with...

Doesn't track CD/DVD drives...let me make a mod and they will. Hang tight

Gauges for Optical drives

The needle points straight down if the drive isn't ready. No graphic for that yet.

I also have a question about the script I'm using...

drive.DriveType returns a 1 for a floppy, 2 for a hard drive, and 4 for a CD/DVD. What drive would return a 3? or a 5? How many different types are there?

Tape (DAT) ? also RAMDisks which are just huge amounts of RAM on a card you install as it is seen as a drive...

Worked fine on my CPU. I've got six partitions. Did say it was built with a newer version of DX and asked me if I wanted to continue. What version did you create it for?

Worked fine here.

No floppy, 7 HD partitions all listed correctly.

Using the latest DX2 beta running under winxp sp1.

It's made with the latest beta...but that shouldn't matter at all.

Awesomeness! They detect drives across a network, just like they're supposed to!

0 = cannot be determined
1 = no root dir
2 = DRIVE_REMOVABLE
3 = DRIVE_FIXED
4 = DRIVE_REMOTE
5 = DRIVE_CDROM
6 = DRIVE_RAMDISK

Thanks to some advice from PJ, I've fixed the scripts a bit to close some memory holes...new versions here for testers...
