Is it simply deleted and you are not notified or does it get lost somehow and one should up again...Some please help...Thank you

And I have a wonderful wall which I made from a Nasa "free download image which I spent hours tuning and fiddeling with until I was happy. True the original belongs to the brave spaceship that flew by Mars but the final product of the image was made by me...I understand ...."its not mine"...

"Free Download Image" means free to use on your desktop, that's it. It doesn't give you distribution rights, that would be a breach of the owner/authors copyright. For instance: you can download something of mine, but even if you add to it, or blend it with another image, you still cannot distribute it as your own work because it would contain elements that you didn't make, and would contravene my copyright. Here at Wincustomize, we do everything we can to protect authors copyrights, including yours when you have something that you made on the site.
I hope this helps.
