learn to create something to do with windows modification as far as skins, themes, walls, icons, and such and submit them to a site. You are now the Author of those works you create..

Ok guys thanks....But I mean when I log on and off I am a citizen and my page that is viewed is also marked as citizen....I was wondering how you get to Author status ? Or am I just going crazy ?
