Description text format in submissions

Someone has to ask the really stupid questions.. might as well be me hu!
How to you create a new line when giving the descriptions for your submissions, so that it looks nice and tidy instead of running together.
And is bold done as bold if that came out bold then I have the answer to that one.

If you want to bold something, just high-lite it and click the B above the 1st column of smilies.
