Corel Bryce 5?

Just wanted to know what this is, have seen where people say this was made with bryce, was just wondering what it is and if someone kind of new to this stuff, (like me), could use something like this. Let me know. Richard

Bryce is a 3D graphic program used to create landscape designs, abstracts, animations, etc.

Bryce is a 3D landscape program. It is so easy to make something that looks cool to the beginner in Bryce, that Wincustomize gets a lot of submissions that look the same. Like "Chrome Ball on water". Therefore Bryce gets made fun of a lot around here, and is thought of as a "newbie tool".

....but if you get creative and make something beyond the default settings and basic features, it can be a powerful program.

Richard, Painshop and bryce are completely diffrend programs.
Paintshop is a 2d program. Just like paint, photoshop, corel draw, etc.
Bryce is a 3d program. Like 3ds max, rhino, lightwave, cinema, poser etc.
The big diffrence between the programs is that with a 3d program you arent working with pensils, brushes etc.
You work with shapes and vector points. Hard to explain tought...

think of 2d as drawing or painting, 3d as sculpting and carving.

Its lice having a mac and hanging on wincustomize. its like trowing fuel into a diesel car.
Its like having a great idea for a wallpaper and getting a completely diffrend result.
Its what people use when they are new.
Styl-X Design wonders if he is the right person to say this... looking at the fact that is personal library consist of 3/4 out of bryce crap...
