Clock "Image" on Taskbar

2 questions actually. How do I change my start menu to not say Start? I knwo theres a way, yet to figure it out.
Also, is there any download that would put a clock on my taskbar, like above the date and time, just a clock image, and the hands move according to the time? I know the Windows Longhorn ObjectBar theme has one, but I dont want to use Object Bar really, I just want the clock, lol.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

try sysmetrix theres many "just clock" themes that should look good ......
