bootskins question

when i load the bootskin program sometimes the bootskin doesn't look the way that it supposed to or it doesn't come up at all sometimes, any idea why this could be happening??

Also read the comments section where you downloaded the skin from. Other peoples' experiences with a skin can be enlightening
