bizerate.com is also a place to watch if you buy online...
But your card is just fine really, if you are doing 3D rendering and possibly very large graphics editing then one with more ram is always a good option. But I wouldn't worry to much about the Ultra's or Pro versions of vid cards unless your doing or planing on doing 3D animations and Rendering.

It is a very basic card; if it's holding up now, there's no reason to change. The FX5200 goes for about $100 and the 5200 Ultra for about $155 while a Radeon 9600SE goes for about $130. Yes you will notice an improvement but like I said, unless it's evident don't worry about it.
