For DesignCaddy: In fact (according to DELL and our checking on your suggestion) I do have SMART on this IBM drive. Norton sent me an E-Mail and they are investigating why installing GoBack knocks-out the SMART Sensor in Norton System Doctor. We shall see...

I used GoBack 3 Deluxe for a while and I didn't like it. It only keeps a few days in history. You can't restore to a previous date like System Restore.
