What is the file extension of the logon skins that you are downloading. That info will help someone figure out how to get the skin installed.

If I'm not mistaken, .zip's get extracted in the logon directory, and .logonxp's right-click open. .logon extensions are no longer used.

I've had this problem too. I stopped using it because when I downloaded a logon I'd get the file and when I double clicked on that file it would install but there wasn't a preview available. When I looked in the logon studio folder it had made a logon folder but like the other ones that actually worked this new folder didn't have hardly anything in it. I don't know what's wrong so I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it's still messed up so now it's off of my machine.

My problem happened with .logonxp files.
