why am i getting error cannot get accepted from the server saying error 1001

hi i have had to re download stardock.com as my pc was in the workshop,so when i am trying to register my serial number i am getting error 1001,i do not hav

have a fire wall and no add blockers so i am all confused an not getting much help from stardock who keep sending me to the FAQ pages which is so unfair well i think so >

still unable to download and login failure for starock.com so if any has had similar probs could they plzs reply.thx

So you downloaded the Stardock Central app and now you are having problems getting your serial number accepted so you can log in? Is that what you're trying to say?

error 1001 in Stardock Central is a connection error I think. Your firewall is blocking it I'll bet.
