Anyway, this message board is not Stardock support. This is a general chat board and sometimes people try to help although your question is more appropriate for the WC-Help messageboard. If you want product support from the vendor you should email Stardock support directly.

Have you tried uninstalling and installing WindowBlinds? Are you running the shareware (unregistered) version or a registered (purchased) version? I know the shareware version doesn't have all the features of the registered version, but I'm not sure if the shareware program also has a time limit on use. I don't think it used to have a time limit, but I haven't used the shareware version for over two years, so don't know how it is now.
