Taskbar buttons too small and too high

Hi
For some reason Start11 is making my taskbar buttons way too small and adding a gap between them and the bottom of my screen - how can I fix this?
(the original theme preview inside of the WindowBlinds app shows something pretty much identical to windows 7, so you can use that as a comparison.)

There is a tutorial on how to install the EXACT same theme used in my screenshot onto Windows 11. This is what their version looks like.
I still do not what program you use/have used to customize your icons, although asked several times, the resolution and scaling of your computer screen, and so on.
Again, if you're not willing to work with us, we unfortunately cannot help you, but we have tried.

I am using a 1920x1080 screen, and used this github page for my icons.

Using custom made iconpacks like that one, are known to modify your system files and cause a variety of issues. These modifications are not always resored even if you should choose to uninstall them. The icon pack you have linked to in your post #23 is not for Windows 11, and most likely anyone installing that under Windows 11 will encounter issues. I have downloaded the pack to be sure, and it was created on April 8, 2020. Windows 11 was released October 5, 2021 (18 months later).
Maybe someone can make this work on Windows 11, but it certainly isn't recommended. (I still see no link to the tutorial you have folloed, if I haven't missed the link to that one too?) I have to read that tutorial to see what has been modified and what other tools they have used.

- Set the scaling of your screen to 100% and apply the theme.

The scaling works, however it makes everything tiny. I have a fairly small laptop so it has to be at 150 minimum. Was that the only possible solution?

The only way I know of that can remove all hacks & patches like that and get Windows back to factory standard, is to install a fresh copy of Windows 11, or you could try these steps as a last resort.
Follow this tutorial to restore missing or corrupted system files (including system icons) : System File Checker

I'm sorry you have encountered issues with your operating system, but Windowblinds has nothing to do with it.

Considering I installed only one of the apps in the video (not even an app, a .ico installer) (*which you asked for me to link, so do not complain about what the forums are "actually" for*) I'm not sure that's really a valid reason.
I was using a visual example of somebody else using the same theme and it working. That is it.
His theme worked flawlessly even with "hacking it to shreds" whilst mine does not work in any way described (or shown) even though I have one single extra theme app (the .ico installer) that does not affect it in any way whatsoever.

you have no issues. Everything looks normal on your taskbar for Windows 11.
