How can i make the animated ICON actually do something for me :)

How can I link an action to an animated icon?
I have the animated start menu and the animated IE icon but I cant link them to open the internet or start menu.... is it possible or are these icons just for looks?

have you got the proper animated shortcut .dll in your docklets folder?Look thru AndreasV's docklets and get them if you dont.Put them in your docklets folder inside the OD folder.Some configuration is required(but its easy)

I don't know if the latest Dll is the same but I know in the animated shortcut docklet I have; I had to delete the text in the area used to set the path to the chosen program before the browse button to the right of it would work.
