If a skin is not accepted, will it simply be removed from "my skins"?

All 4 of the skins i submited in the last month or so, disapeared from My Skins". Does this mean that they were not accepted?

That must have been what hapened, three of the skins were submited either on the 22nd or a few days before.

between 22nd through 2 days ago they could either be lost, or not accepted. Hard telling, either email an admin asking them, or try resubmitting.
