ahem...Kona...I think you have a memroy problem. If you would like me to "enlighten" the board about your past, I will.

Let's keep away from the personal attacks. If you guys have an issue with each other, take it to email. If I see you (Kona) bring up the "Tech Cat has been promoted and I haven't" and "Tech Cat was exiled before" one more time I will no longer subdue the "fist of death".

same time

I find I must agree with Wibgizmo's statement. It should be a priviledge. Let those who cannot be polite, even when voicing a disagreement, can go through emailing Customer Service. Be ready to pay a lot more for your Customer Service Reps, though.
