This could be very interesting, to say the least....check out the external link, for more info.

Do other people like this feature?
While "Fascinating" as a certain Vulcan used to say, I don't need it. I rather like my mouse and start button, as well as the menus.
While AI can do certain simple tasks well, it can "hallucinate" at times. It will undoubtedly "improve" in the future.
Honestly, I'd rather employ a human technician to repair the computer when I can't, rather than a "Clippy" Sigmund Freud repair wizard when the AI starts going bonkers.

I totally agree Doc! To me, anything AI is useless.

I rarely even use co pilot to be honest. Do other people like this feature?
As AI may simplify certain tasks for users, I personally am not a fan of it, I like to do the simple tasks myself, I don't need to speak it, and let AI do the rest. I suppose there are those who are handicapped that AI could be fruitful for them, but, as for me; well, I am not a fan of AI.
Cheers!

My thoughts exactly! I have already experienced that at work, working with people with a wide range of diabilities.
I suppose AI could assist them. There are many devices that already exist to help physically challenged people, even those who can move only their eyes. In fact, progress is being made to command computers through EEG waves. Back in 2021 this article among others appeared.

I don't know...Having some fun isn't useless to me... Ask this guy:
I agree that AI art is kind of cool. AI in general certainly has a place the problem is figuring out where it really fits.
NVidia is also an interesting one to watch and maybe they will be the most successful company to use AI correctly for various reasons. Of course right now we are still really early on in a battle of upscale / frame generation battle between NVidia and AMD (AMD is trying to prove AI does not matter at all in these technique's). We could probably spend a lot of time debating these two in very great detail. But at the end of it I think we will have to respect that NVidia using things like ray reconstruction with AI probably showcases that AI may have the upper limit to what can be achieved with these two techniques.
Additionally it is the GPU that will be the AI's brain no matter what application is used in the end. NVidia is in the lead of designing all chips to have an AI brain function

Starting with the fact that everything from the Internet must not be taken as the truth, I have found that using Copilot to find info from the Internet faster than a Google or Bing search. Copilot can create summaries of movies, books, Journal articles, etc. As far as using it to control my computer, I agree that it's not that helpful.

Microsoft is definitely moving towards AI as fast as they can right now. It will be interesting to see how much more of a focus it becomes in Windows 12. I don't think I will ever use co pilot nearly as much as the start menu.
