Skinstudio and boot screens...

Sunday, December 28, 2003 by Stealth870 | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

I downloaded the Skinstudio 4 free edition of stardock.com, I wanted to use it and make some bootscreens because of the palette fixing problem that happens with most programs. But when I load in my screen, apply the dither and smapler things, press Save, and type w/e, it won't save!! It doesn't specify which format its saving in first off. So I try typing BOOT or BOOT.bmp and nothing works!

Is there a way I can easily do this in Photoshop 7?

I have had the same problem. Then I started saving to the original picture. VoilĂ  changed it from 1284x1024 to the 640x480 I saved.

after clicking save. click on the original .bmp you brought up in skinstudio.

Hope that helps
