(Re)Create this style?

Hi 
I was just looking in an old CD backup I had and I found this picture [ http://www.alforadmin.com/desktop2.jpg ]
That was my favorite style of all time, but it was lost when my hard drive crashed. I know that's there is already similar style for windowblinds, but it doesn't have the same feel as this one. I've searched everywhere for it, and I can't find it. I believe I first downloaded it at deskmod.
So could anyone please (re)create this skin?

That is one of the Media center visual styles. You could try over at Neowin http://www.neowin.net

Perhaps someone will be able to help you with its origin/location.
As for 're-creating', that'd be a copyright issue...
