Themes not opening

Everytime I download a theme file I cannot open it, it gives me some other program as choice to open it with. With what program would I open the files I DL from this web site ?

I have no clue, I think I accidently might've erased one of the window files therfore it does not recognize the downloaded files. Where can I get windowblinds ?

i would advise you to buy the Object Desktop Package as this gives you all the programmes to change your desktop lay out including Icons etc etc. Like all of us here you wil find it is the best 50 bucks you have ever spent and you can get all the skins for these programs here at Wincustomize totally free. What more could anybody want
