install skins

I have downloaded several skins but none of them will install. I keep getting a message that windows does not know what program to open them with. How do you install them?

First make sure that windowblinds is installed. Second if that doesn't work save them to your hard disk and open them from the dialogue

make sure that wbload is associated to wba files.
