How do I change the background color on WindowBlinds?

I wonder how do I change the backround color of any windowsblinds theme. For example, in the skin LaST (Cobalt) V1-2 the background color I'd like to change is a very dark blue. I hope you get what I mean

do you mean the desktop background color, the window background color, or what? You'll need to elaberate.

You can change window colors with SkinStudio.Warning...If you change the color of the explorer background,the Shellstyle images will disappear unless you change their color to match exactly.

Hmm, I already figured it out. On skinStudio under the Miscellaneous tab there's a tab titled Colors. Once there I go to Windows and then I see a "Background" setting...that's the color I wanted to change.
