It looks somewhat like a duopixels or doublet skin. And if it was me you were trying to email, I never got it.

The start button is all wrong for that one though. Which brings me to my personal wish list.... for the windowblinds configuration utility, I wish that the preview image would be of the start menu plus the bit of task bar under it. That would be more definitive, IMO.
