GermaniXEncoder application using Orion icons?

I just thought I'd mention this. I don't know the situation as to whether this is allowed or agreed etc. etc. But I noticed I believe some of the orion icon's in the GermaniXEncoder application (actually a rather good app). Found http://www.germanixsoft.de/
Regards to all, and apologies if this is all just fine..........but when ya see work out there and given the habit of some people to just rip stuff I thought I'd mention it in case.

i'am the developer
. I also a memeber and subscriber of stardock and have buyed the icon sets. It is forbidden to use this icons for custom applications? If yes (i cant find any rules) - please inform me and i remove this icons from my applications.Thx & CU

GermaniX....Hi...
The purchase of, and/or download of icons and icon sets [or other skins/works] are intended for personal use, such as to enhance your own computer interface.
To use them on a website or on a commercial product or in any other way that they are being distributed by you to the public requires specific consent from the creator of the icons or skins, etc.
Usually this will be forthcoming if requested, however images/icons released for purchase would require special consideration, even commercial licence for their use/distribution.
This is just simple, standard copyright limitations/regulations which the online graphic art community abides by.
Contact the Icons' creator for approval/consent and all will be well.
If consent is not given then you'll be obliged to cease using them publicly...

Did you seriously think you could purchase 1500 icons for commercial use at a price of $9.95? 
I'm pretty sure Stardock will insist you remove them from your application. (I couldn't get permission to use 6 of them in a theme.)
PS; I've used nothing but the Amber set for my default icons since I got them. They can't be beat IMHO! At least you have great taste.
