Suite download problem?

Is anyone else having this problem? When I click on a suite to download I see the download window flash on the screen for a second and then nothing. This happens when I try to download suites by duopixels or pixtudio. After this happens it shows in my download manager that it was downloaded, but there is no preview in my theme manager as I see on the site.

Thanks for the suggestion Travis, I'll give that a try and see what happens.

A Suite file is mainly a list of where the parts for downloading are situated on the website, when run it will download all the parts and install them (only the fisrt time though).

So basically, if I just download all the seperate parts of a suite it's the same thing as downloading the whole suite?
