this question is for any/every one. the reason i am asking it is because someone wants to know. i know that its most likely in the about page, but for some reason, it wont open for me, and yes, i have tried "open sesame"...

As of right now, there are three ratings on: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=1&SkinID=3719
Jario gave a 10, I gave an 8, and someones else gave it something else...Seeing as its still a 7, it had to be rediculously low...a 3 Im guessing...
Could you or some other admin look into this?

I saw it when it had its first rating and it was a 3 (If i remember correctly). I have also found that every skin uploaded automatically (or seemingly so) gets one vote and they are not all the same vote. At first I assumed that it was the moderator, but after seeing this skin with a three I question that assumption.

EH....I checked it....nothing politically incorrect there....and no '3's, either...
Travis....if a work is free of moderation [due to the skinner's ranking] it's automatically given a '6' until public ratings apply.
If it goes through moderation an admin will place the first rating...which is not 'robotic' but 'critical'...
