I used to have The program

It was a program where you could use like windowblinds, desktopx, icon packager and so on with 1 program. I forgot what that was anyone know? Does it still exist? It was to save space and be more organized if you had it.

WinStyles? It's being replaced with Theme Manager (same app, new name). Is that the one?
