Lots of missing files in 'Windowblinds' area ? ? ?

While browsing the windowblinds area, I find ~ 75% of the files "missing" with a generic icon showing and no DL' link. Is this a temporary problem?

Isn't there a sticky thread by Koasati on this board titled: "Wondering why the libraries are broken? README" And the site's main page has several news articles on the subject as well.
