Need help to install Apollo theme manager by MikeB314 from skinplant.com!!!

Hi guys, did anyone get the Apollo theme manager by MikeB314 from skinplant.com to work??? Because I downloaded it and when I try to install it, it said the Windowblind didnt pass, IconPackager didnt pass, wallpaper didnt pass. What's going on? anyone know how to fix this? thx.

Yes, I have installed Windowblind, Theme Manager, IconPackager and as well as other such as Desktop X.
