Download limit

I have 24 downloads left, but when I tried to download, it said I have reached my limit of 5 downloads. I sent a message to WinCustomize, but haven't heard from them. Anyone else have this problem?

Maybe a 5 per day thing? Not sure.

I believe there are download limits for new users. Another option is to become a Wincutomize subscriber and you will have unlimited downloads. It's relatively cheap and worth in the end.

I just checked out this thread and according to some, there should be unlimited downloads if you purchased Stardock programs. I have purchased a few.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am not sure about Wincustomize download rule. Maybe someone, Wincustomize Admin can come in and shad some light. But, do you have both Wincusromize.com and Stardock.com account under the same email address?

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use account management: ask question. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
