Need Big Help!

Hi you guys, this is my first time here, and I was just wondering if one of you could be so kind and tell me how to create a screenshot of my desktop. I really want to share the DesktopX theme I put up together with the great art work you guys do.

Hit Prt Scr key on keyboard, open MS Paint and click paste. Save as JPG and go to WC Edit Account. Click on edit or upload desktop. Point to file and upload.
