Widgets Permission...

Is permission to use the widgets in the Widgets for Skin Studio section implied?
In other words, if I were to download some buttons or something, and modify them for a skin, do I still need to ask permission? I would imagine I do, but I'm curious.

That's what they're there for...... permission isn't needed, but crediting the author in your skin's description would be a nice thing to do.
