An Idea for Desktop X in the upload section.

Most desktop X themes are dependent on resolution, but many authors fail to write the resolution requirement in their description.
What we need is a couple of tick boxes in the upload section, which tell people what resolution it's designed for or if it resolution independent.

Good plan! I'm with you on that. Theres been a couple ones that I've gotten which were wrong for my res.
