The Newest additions section

Not that i think my skin Winamp 5 would be a "Sensation" but when I upload a skin, atleast I want it to be in the newest additions section... Wich it wasn't. Anybody knows why?

Krulo did you check the "newest additions" list on the 15th? It should have been there then. After that it's pushed down the list, and the list only holds the 50 newest additions.

Sometimes stuff NEVER makes the list because of the time they spend in the Q.I've had at least 4 submissions that never appeared at all.I've had many that appeared in the middle or below stuff that was already there.It has to do with the dating of the submission rather than the date of posting I think.Not much you can do unless your prepared to make yourself a pest to the mods and admins(I have hehe).
.Would be great if there were a few more list(this place gets too many submissions for 1 list).Even stuff that starts at the top of the list is often gone in less than 24 hours.
.If it were me(and it aint haha),there would be a list for walls,logons and bootscreens.Another for WB,DXand sysmetrix,etc...
.And one for the rest,cursors,IP,OD,etc...
.something like that,you get the idea,watching something you spent weeks on pushed down by bootscreens and OD icons is tough.(even tho I love OD icons)

Seems like there was a suggestion once to let people pick what categories would appear in the Newest Additions list, much the way you can do in your profile for the categories on the left side (Library).
That would help.
I'm usually not particularly interested in seeing the 9 or 10 ObjectDock icons posted at one time.

Yes,having it mirror what is in your library list would be an improvement ,but still too many for 1 list.Plus I'm sure the wall creators would love to see their work displayed on a newest additions list again.

Make that at least 5 submissions now that never saw the newest additions list.(and many more that started in the middle some where)Just got posted today and didnt even make the newest 50.(even tho I can still see things in the list that were there BEFORE it was posted.)This happens to me too often.
.Dang it! We look forward to seeing our work at least get a chance at being seen.Its bad enough to see your work go flying down the list in less than 24 hours,but to never get there just takes all the fun out of submitting.
