It does not display it.
It remains black and becomes blurred when hovering.
Maybe I did it wrong?

I believe there is an issue with the WBBeta or Start11 which is causing the transparency you're seeing when you mouse over it. Does it look right until then?

With other skin I do have a button that appears.
Example : Acrylic 7

This is what I see when I mouseover Acrylic 7. It is not correct and looks very similar the image of your skin. Is this not what you see?

You might try changing the "Blend against taskbar" setting on the Extra settings tab, re-apply the skin, see if that helps. If it doesn't, highlight and copy the text from the Code Editor tab and post it here, should just be a few lines.

No, no, I've been looking at things harder.
I don't see anything wrong with your settings or your image.
After looking more closely at some other skins I've decided the Show Desktop button isn't showing at all in its normal state either. Many times there is an area on the taskbar itself which kind of looks like a button, and such is the case with Acrylic 7. We're not seeing the button, we're seeing the taskbar, then when we mouse over it the entire area becomes transparent.
Lantana for example has a smooth end on the taskbar, and a ShowDesk button with a visible normal state. and it's just not there.
I think for now you'll just have to wait for them to get that fixed. I get the impression no one, including myself, has noticed.

Ok
In the meantime, is it possible to display a button a bit raised like on Acrylic 7 ?
and how.

He's done that in his images. I don't go into image technique, I'm just not very good at it.

ok thank you.
I consider bugs to be normal. Because it's a beta version.
Good luck to fix all the bugs.

Are you seeing it, but then it disappears when you mouseover it?
