My account is now on Level 3. That means I should be able to rate skins, but I can't! Why?

Apprentice and above or a level-4. There are a few lucky-glitches that allow some level-3 people to rate, till they brag about it and T-Man see it and fixes it.

Is there really a level 5, Apocalypse? I have no idea. If I'm wrong, don't laugh at me. I have no idea how many levels there are.

There was a thread on this not too long ago and i'm not sure exactly what the qualifications are to be able to rate but you have to be an apprentice or above to rate IIRC, but I could be wrong.
