A Challenge Perhaps?

I'm new to skinning and as yet have not tried one, but I do like downloading them!!! 
I've been looking for a skin for Windows Media Player of Sully from Monsters Inc. to go with my current desktop. I would like if someone would take on this challenge and produce a skin of Sully. 
I would be most grateful... If more than one is made, I shall choose the best one!!!

Caz Fud, I am willing to make that skin for you however I am not going to make it if it is just for one person.
Unless you can fix some permissions from the creators of the movie, so I can call it 'the official' skin I don't think you will get seriouse reply's.

Caz Fud.....creating skins...particularly for Media Player is a considerable task, not something one does just for the heck of it or by 'request'.
What results is days or weeks of concentrated commitment to create one skin.....and the 'desire' has to be there.....either personal on the part of the skinner, or financial on the part of the 'asker'...

Their work is amazing. I imagine they get well compensated for their work for various companies, etc. And its cool that they are able to make so much of their custom work available for distribution to all.

I will put a shot up right now, here. It isn't finished yet, will probably take about 2-4 hours of graphic work but you can get the idea.

You are "challenging" someone to make you a bunch of skins? Unfortunately, I think you'll get none unless YOU make them yourself.
Skins take an huge amount of effort and time to make. Therefore skinners create skins that they themselves enjoy creating and sharing. Why would they spend all that effort to make YOU a skin (unless you're paying them)?
And if for some reason, folks did create you a bunch of skins, it's very insulting to say you shall choose the "best skin of all the skins" as if the other skins, despite the time and effort to create them are not worthy, as if they're competing in a contest just to satisfy YOUR desires.
