How to make own boot screen?

On the file menu "Import boot screen from file..." is not active.
Anyone can help me plzzzz

In what program is that option to Import Boot Screen?

It's just an alpha release. The import functionality has not been turned on yet. Give it some time and the features will all be activated. Stumpy, he's talking about the alpha release of bootskin.

Easy:
1) make a new folder in the 'skins' folder
2) stick in a 16-colour, 640x480 bitmap
3) copy the file 'bootskin.ini' from one of the other skins
4) edit this file to make it point to your own bitmap
5) load up the new skin via the .exe
