UzEE, I would suggest not stepping foot on this site again. If need be, we will contact every ISP that you have connected with and get your connections terminated. unfortunately, we can only ban IP addresses. It's impossible to do any other sort of ban (since he creates new accounts each time). He has different Ips that he uses, so banning him completely is hard.
However, getting his ISP to see his malicious behavior is not so hard, and is undoubtedly against their policies. That is why I suggested to him to stay away from this site.

Much that some feel is looked upon as being antics can in fact end with fines
or worse (depending on your perspective).
Notice that the parent of that 12 year old was the one facing fines in the thousands
of dollars and possible jail time, not the girl herself who was actually ripping and
sharing the music...
