that uploads all these wallpapers. I put up one recently and it's been uploaded 1800 times and there are six comments... one for every three hundred uploads! It's kinda kool I guess, but what's going on there?

Most people who download and use skins, walls, etc. do not leave comments (or simply cannot post comments due to their user status) so it's not unsual to see thousands of downloads and few if any comments.
