thickness of classic winxp start menu

Sunday, November 2, 2003 by lywah yu | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Hi,

everyone knows that the classic start menu has that big horizontal bar at the top, where the user's name appears, right? ordinarily, i'd say that thing is pretty thick. but some setting, which i stumbled upon before in a now forgotten program (not natively supported by winxp), let you make that bar about half as high as the original.

somehow, my start menu now has that thinner version of the bar. i'd really like to make it the default thickness...if anyone remembers a program to let you set that. or a registry setting, i'd be much obliged

thanks
