Would this have a chance at being accepted, or should I not waste my time uploading the submission? (I'm on dial-up)

Then they'll probably won't be accepted.
Although they are probably very nice, we like that people upload what they made themselves. If you wanted to use them as a starting ground for a wallpaper of your own, then it would be ok.

Are the photos public domain? Is there a link to any info of how the photos can be used? Are the walls simply unmodified photos?
