split button drop down arrow not showing

hello, i've been trying to make get a split button drop down arrow glyph working for the toolbar, but it doesnt appear. I've tried comparing with other themes and I can't find the issue.
Here are screenshots of useful information, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Other themes have it working just fine though, this problem started happening when I changed the size of the toolbar textures.

The maximum allowable filename is 60 chars. Your skin name is long and so is the image name so the combined image path exceeds 60 chars.

I renamed it, it works now. Thank you so much!

If you are on Windows 10, then it doesn't appear because that image is not used any more thanks to Microsoft. That image is forced by the operating system.
