Andy, it appears that maybe Maser Skins (paid skins) are not included in the "Top Wincustomize Skinner" category .... 
I looks like free skins are counted, and not Master Skins (paid skins), I could be wrong though.... When I go through the list of "Top Skins", I haven't seen one "Master Skin" (paid skin), why is that, I've never been able to figure that one out, unless I'm overlooking something?

Indeed. And it's really not an absolute number anyway, by which I mean time and work aren't figured in and frequently, the original graphics are used/ported as parts of suites with other apps skinned, CFx, Winstep, Rainlendar, etc.
So, let's have fun, enjoy the art and friendships here...which have no download count, but are the things which count the most.

Long ago, in a galaxy far far away...[on a formative site we 'all' came from - skinz.org] ...I made it to 'number one' skinner for one particular skinnable - 'CDStomper' ....probably because I was just about the only person doing any....

CONGRATS AND MANY THANKS!!! BTW I won a tote bag at PTA one time. Then there was the Valentines Day Murder Poem, but I wont go into that. lol. Point is, if it wasn't for other people sharing their art, I wouldn't have any art, and I think all the skinners here do amazing work.
