Rainy in the zip?

When it says: Rainy included in a zip. Create a folder in Rainlender/Skins called WrathR and unzip the contents to there.....
Where do I create the folder and, excuse my ignorance, but what is it and how do I use it. I am very new to this so please, in laymans terms.....thanks you!!

I also include the rainy's in my zips for sysmetrix. Rainlendar is freeware and you can get it here http://vapaa.dc.inet.fi/~rainy/
Skins for rainlendar must be put in \rainlendar\skins

If you are only using Windowblinds and don't have or want Rainlendar you can just ignore it!
