what's going on with wincustomize.com?

Anyone having problem with the site? cause sometimes i go to wincustomize.com and it didnt load up, only the logo at the top loaded up. So what's going on?

try to refresh the page rapidly, you'll see that only the logo loaded up and the rest didn't.
