i need help

ummm i need help im very new at this and i downloaded a windowblind file and i dont know how to set it up do i unzipp or go to proprties or what.also i have windows xp

Ah, young Jedi, have patience you must. To use a WindowBlinds skin, you must first have WindowBlinds installed on your system. Take a look at http://www.windowblinds.net for more information.

Once you have it installed, you should be able to install a new skin by simply double-clicking on the file in Explorer.
