All I want is 200,000 dollars. Come on! 78billion? You can give me 200k easy.

I'll pay for my education (of which will help the world)
I'll start my own business (of which will help the world)
I'll be more active in world events (not sure if that will help anyone)

I thought Iraqi oil was going to pay for the war AND rebuild the country?
I'm begining to look at the aisle of canned dog foods when I cruise the grocery store for bargains.
AND I DON'T OWN A DOG!

Even a bit more perspective.

87 Billion dollars is about 0.483% of the yearly federal budget (using 1.8 trillion dollars as outlined here: http://w3.access.gpo.gov/usbudget/fy2001/guide02.html
)

That's about 208 of those 87 billion dollar piles.

No matter which way you look at it, there is *WAY* too much money being wasted by the government.

Erk.

Above numbers should be 4.83% and about 21 piles of money.

@#$ decimal places (next time I'll use the calculator *first*)

Actually, I don't really think it's such a bad deal either. I do think the government spends too much money overall though.

Well we are in there so might as well it has good funding. No point having gone through all of this just for everything to fail. Even though 87 Bil is way allot (I mean way!!!!!) I think we can afford it. And look at all the benifits and future peace (hopefully) that we get.
-----------------------------
I still want a piece of that 87 billion. Look, just 70k. See, I went from 200k to 70k! That's a bargin!!!

I would use it for my education and inverst in a future business. Isn't that what they want!!!

COME ON!! 70, no 60k! What a deal!

Has anyone thought about this...it's just the beginning. Bush will eventually ask for more and more. He's already been "advising" Iraq and Syria too behave the way he wants them to. I have a feeling that if he is re-elected as Pres. then he's going to go all out and invade those Nations too. He won't do it though unless he's elected again. I'll just take 1,752.33 please. To pay my taxes. Thank you very, very much. I know some Iraqi would rather have it, but I need it more. >

Heh, I wrote a blog about this very subject. I think the link was

http://xendre64.joeuser.com/index.asp?AID=374

Bush was only elected because of some stupid people in Florida who couldn't write. Makes you wonder, how would have things turned out if someone else had been in the chair (9/11, Iraq). Of course, I am not trying to defend Bush. I'm saying that we need to get him out of that highly efficient money-wasting corporation before there's another stock market crash. Think: The Second Great Despression -- we have our computers but no Internet. AAAAAAH!
