changing .tsk for .skin format so it can be used on WISbar and dashboard

even extracting the images contained in the .tsk (which is basically a .cab) would not help the images in there are: one for the drop down start menu and one for the today page background (wallpaper) the wisbar needs to use a back ground image of the following dimensions 26 pixel by 240 pixels... most likely the screen shot you saw of the today theme you downloaded (.tsk) included images of a skinned Wisbar ( or it could have been one of a few programs like Wisbar Advance, ICBar pocketblinds gigabar) If you want wisbar themes you can find them at http://browse.deviantart.com/handhelds/wisbar/

thank you both for the information. i have to be honest i'm not very good when it comes to stuff like this. if i can download it and auto install then i'm happy. do you know of anyone that would make a WISbar advanced and dashboard 2.0 skin that matches? i actually have ideas of what i want. i love an RPG and would love to have a theme based on it.
