Icons missing in most IconPackages ...

Since IconPackagers are mostly created now for XP, there's nearly always missing in them a few icons : settings, briefcase, Log Off, Shut Down (used under Win9x or 2000 - i guess) Could you all IconPackager's creators think about it to add them for us ??? it would be great ...
